No, FOSS is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Collagen is a structural protein naturally found in the bodies of humans and animals, forming connective tissues that support skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. FOSS uses a bovine collagen.

While FOSS is perfectly safe to store at room temperature, it is best served chilled. We recommend keeping your cans in the fridge so they are perfectly crisp when you are ready to drink them. Alternatively, store unopened cans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze, this may impact the carbonation and quality of the drink.
